keep the first fraction the same. change the division sign to a multiplication sign, flip the second fraction. then you can just multiply them :)

When dividing by two fractions you take the second fraction and flip it so that it turns into a multiplication problem. So, 7/3 divided by 9/13 becomes 7/3 X 13/9 Then you multiply across and get 91/27 and then you reduce if possible.
