7 + 3i/ 4i..I know I need to first multiply the fraction by 4i but I'm not sure where to go from here.

to rationalise the denominator you multiply top and bottom by 4i (7 + 3i)4i -------- 4i*4i = 28i -12 ------- -16 = 7i - 3 ----- -4 or 3 - 7i ----- 4
