If I am given the functions: sec(x) = root2 cos(x)= 1/root2 how do i find cotangent and tangent? :/

sec= 1/cos cos=adj/hyp You know from cosine that the hypotenuse is root 2 and the adjacent side is 1. Pythagorean theorem to find the third side. tangent= opposite/adjacent
