Just plugin your x value in the equation
OpenStudy (anonymous):
9(3)+2y=2
21(3)+6y=4
90+8y=6
subtract 90
8y= -84 divide 8
y=-10.5

wait so that is the answer?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
9x+2y=2
21x+6y=4
I used the elimination, i multiply the first equation to -3
-3[9x+2y=2]
-27x-6y=-6
Then, first equation plus second
-27x-6y=-6
21x+6y=4
Then , -6x=-2
X= 1/3
