Which statement explains the difference between multiple alleles and polygenic inheritance

Multiple alleles are different versions of the same gene (for example, blood type in humans is controlled by different alleles, A, B and O of the same gene); polygenic inheritance occurs when one trait or characteristic is controlled by more than one gene (for example, eye color in human is controlled by between 10 and 14 different genes, depending on which study you read).
