Could someone help me with how you find the period, range and amplitude of a cosine function? This is the question I need to figure out but even if you could make another function (if you don't want to give me the answer) and explain it to me so I know it for my test. Thank you (: Find the period, range, and amplitude of the cosine function. y = –3 cos 4x (1 point) period = 3; range: –3 ≤ y ≤3; amplitude = period = ; range: –3≤y≤3; amplitude = –3 period = ; range: –3≤y≤3; amplitude = 3 period = 3; range: –3≤y≤3; amplitude =

remember this: \(\large y=Acos(Bx-C)+D \) amplitude is |A| period is 2pi/B range is: (D-|A|) <= y <= (D+|A|)
I think it's c.
the period is mission in part c... (or did not copy correctly)
for part c it is 1/2pi for the period
