This means that angle O and angle Q are the same. A triangle has 180 degrees total. You know that one of the angles is already 23 degrees. So: \[23+90+x = 180\]\[180-113 = x\]\[x=67\] Angle Q is 67 degrees. So Angle O is 67 degrees too. Read up on vertical and corresponding angles
