Let f(x) = x^2 + 6 and g(x) =(x+8/x) . Find (g ° f)(–7).

63/55

d

how did you get that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that's equal to g(f(-7)). so first evaluate f at x=-7, which is 55. then plug 55 into g (ie, g(55) = 63/55)

OK thx :D
