Each day thereafter, he suggests that you increase that time by 6 minutes per day. How many weeks will it be before you are up to jogging 60 minutes per day?

75*0.1 = 7.5. 7.5 + 75 = 82.5 (10% after first hour)
82.5*0.1 = 8,25. 8.25 + 82.5 = 90.75 (10% after second hour)
90.75*0.1 = 9.075. 9.075 + 90.75 = 99.825 (10% after third hour)
