umm well my dads not here right now so i cant ask him.. but you have to count how many times your heart beats in some amount of time but i forgot what it was..:/ i will ask my dad tho when he gets back if you still need help:)

Count your heartbeat for 15 seconds and multiply by four is easiest. For an avg. male it is about 62 beats per minute but closer to 45-50 if you're in really good shape for late teens to mid 20s <-here :D
