Help with study guide question? 4. Why not just represent all radicals as decimals?

radicals are more precise. if you wanted to be as accurate with decimals, you might have to go to very many decimal places to show what you mean. Does that make sense?

Because of sqrt of 2 for example (infinite decimals)
