With few exceptions, that will be the largest countries period. So, the USSR, the United States, Canada, China, Brazil, Australia -- not sure about the ordering. You might try the CIA Factbook online, which tends to list stuff like this.

Of course, if you mean the highest percentage of land under the plow, that would be different. I assume you mean simply largest total acreage.
