What are 2 advantages of using fossil fuels over renewable resources and also what are two disadvantages of using renewable resources over fossil fuels?

Advantages
1)High energy yield. Lots of energy released just from burning the stuff
2)Low cost energy plants. Basically need to set it on fire and use steam to turn a turbine.
Disadvantages
1)Only a limited amount of the stuff. We're running out in our lifetime probably.
2)Difficult to find and refine. They build massive off shore rigs just to get oil
