if the slope of a line is 1half and the point is (3,4) what is another point on the line

OpenStudy (slaaibak):

You can do this by general reasoning. If the slope is 1/2, it means that when the x-value increases by 1, the y-value will increase by 1/2 so another point will be: (3 + 1, 4 + 1/2) = (4, 4.5)
