What is (pi /3) * 96 ?

OpenStudy (awy):

i mean 32pi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is there some way it could be 64pi/ 3?

OpenStudy (awy):

i dont think so, because when you mulitply 96 into (pi/3) it will be 96pi/3 and you can simplify 96/3 and that's 32 so the answer should be 32pi.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hmmmmmm. okay. thats supposedly the answer to a problem of mine but I dont see how, just wanted to check. lol.

OpenStudy (awy):

lol k, for these kind of problems involving a pi just remember that its like solving a regular fraction problem where if its needed to be simplified, the do so. Then, add the pi later...if i may sense lol.

OpenStudy (awy):

make*

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol, thanks i'll keep that in mind for next time.
