What is the range of the graph of y = –2(x – 3)^2 + 7? y => 7 y <= 7 y => 2 y <= 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Since (x - 3)^2 is always ≥ 0, multiplying by -2 makes it always ≤ 0 and adding 7 makes it ≤ 7. So the range is all numbers ≤ 7.
