On moral issues, they actually tend to be in agreement.

This isn't ALWAYS true, of course. But families tend to build their sense of morality, in unison.

Parents and teens tend to argue over little issues,
like how someone should dress,
or how much time a teen should be allowed to spend, with their friends.
