If a man's vas deferens is surgically cut and tied off how will it affect him? He will no longer be able to urinate. Sperm will not be able to leave his body. His body will stop producing testosterone. No more sperm will be produced in his testes. I have a feeling it would be the second or fourth one but i cant think of which one it would be. Any help would be great.
