This will solve the zeros of a quadratic equation
Enter a: 1
Enter b: -1
Enter c: -2
2.0
-1.0
seems to work.

Use C then C++ its harder larger and much more complex than cool languages such as phyton java or c# but if you really learn C every single programming (not scripting) language makes sense.
