So far, I figured out that the tangential acceleration of the belt is \[\frac{ .0038784m }{ s ^{2} }\] "I" for the sphere is \[\frac{ 2mr ^{2} }{ 5 }\] and I know that \[a _{cm}=a _{belt}-r*\alpha\]
