Is relative atomic mass as same as molar mass?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

yep

OpenStudy (aaronq):

except one is in atomic mass units and one is in grams per mole. but they're equivalent

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If 1 mole of XO3 contains the same number of atoms as 72 g of XH4, what is the relative atomic mass of X? so I need to find the molar mass?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@aaronq

OpenStudy (aaronq):

yep basically, but they're talking about relative as in between the 2, it might not be a real molar mass

OpenStudy (aaronq):

as in: X might not be a real element
