How do I find the answer to this problem using a graphing calculator: Find the x values of all points where the curve y = 5x^3 - 11x^2 - 9x - 6 has a horizontal tangent

Graph, look at tables for x values. y or f(x) has a certain value when there is a horizontal tangent.
