Congruent angles have the same side lengths..... TRUE OR FALSE? :)

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

perhaps this website may help with your homework http://www.mathopenref.com/congruent.html

OpenStudy (anonymous):

false as i remember form geometry, congruent angles just means that they are the same angle, the lengths of the sides could be any length i believe.

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

The sides of an angle are rays, which begin at a point and go on forever, so you can't compare lengths. Are you talking about the sides of angles or sides of triangles or other polygons?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

false ....congruent simplymeans they have the same angle
