Hey Im writing an editorial about schools offer better and more food choices. Any Ideas on how to start?

I'd maybe give some examples of another school implementing the changes that you want to see in your school.
I'd also include the problems with the current menu and how changing the menu with your suggestions will fix these problems and add benefits.
By better do you mean more nutritious? If that's the case, I'd definitely site some reputable sources on the nutritional numbers of the current food and your new proposed food.
If by better you mean better tasting, you could show how your new proposed food can be better tasting while still being healthy and fitting in with nutritional guidelines.
