NEED HELP! I think I did everything required to credit my source and my professor disagrees, and is giving me a 0 on the final. I can't find ANY rules governing my actions in the APA Guidebook.

I have a handout that I gave out during a speech. The handout was unaltered by me, and given in it's entirety. It is a handout from an educational packet, specifically designed to be photocopied and given out during an educational speech.

When I distributed the handout during my speech, I credited the source, and I credited the source in my bibliography, and on the speech outline.

My Professor says I neede to put the credit on the pamphlet itself. I can not find where the in the APA manual it says I need to do this it. The pamphlet does not include any identifying information.
