Actually, your question was related to civics more than it was to history, but yeah OS has no experts in History basically because that's a hard subject to master.

comeon,,you cant have any problems in history which you'd want to discuss with others..you can always google up answers..
but maths does require discussions more often than not..
this is only my personal view..
