ok, heres another thing .... if the questions in the subtopics are going to bleed up to the general topic, mods should have the ability to delete those questions while being in the general topic.

As is, we have to hunt it down or just enter into it to delete it. Not too much of a pain, but still .....

to keep things interesting, they give different moderators different abilities.  That way, no two are able to do one single thing :)

.... other than that, yes us mods all have the same abilities, the administrators are labeled as mods but have more godly powers over the OS
