Just translate everything into your own words as much as possible. Think as if you're trying to explain it to your friend. If you can't translate something, quote it directly. But do not go crazy with quoting directly because your teacher may just want you to have 10% of your paper to have direct quotes. Also, make sure you cite everything even if it's a paraphrase. It's better go overboard with citations then get caught plagiarizing.
