it's most likely a mistake because, yes, that is not true: \({2.1\over1}=2.1~\checkmark\)

the only way this could be true:\[{2.1\over\color {red}{1.75}}=1.2\]

This could make more sense since they could have just done 1 even though it was 1.75; thanks!
