$$4\cos(3\theta)=3$$
$$\cos(3\theta)=\frac{3}{4}$$ after that i am stuck, except you could say 
$$3\theta =\cos^{-1}(\frac{3}{4})$$so 
$$\theta =\frac{1}{3}\cos^{-1}(\frac{3}{4})$$ whatever that is
