what is the given line and given point?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0,6)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im still herre

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay well I can't be sure without the given line. but the with the given point I can say it is not A or D,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the point is (0,6) no given line though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i see what u were sayn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would go with B then since usually with math answers like this they make the majority of the possible answers look like the correct answer. So You can always use probability to make a pretty likely guess. But you can't be sure with out an equation of the given line or picture of it to make sure it is parallel

An equation is parallel if the slops are equal if that helps at all....

k thnx for your help later ~ MattEditz

^^Yep she's right, just see which equation has an equal slope to the line that was hopefully given to you.

k thnx later
