Which of the following cases expanded the rights of people accused of crimes? Swann v. Charlotte-Mecklenburg University of California v. Bakke Griswold v. Connecticut Gideon v. Wainwright @Captain_Page_Turner @dmezzullo

I'd say Gideon v. Wainright. It required that courts provide legal counsel to defendants unable to provide for their own. It's part of what you probably see on TV whenever Miranda is read by cops to criminals -- that "If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning, if you wish".
