Que - what
te - you
falta - miss
The answer has to be
My purse is missing (from) me.
My purse is mi bolsa
Mi bolsa is singular, so it needs a singular form of the verb.
Falta is singular, faltan is plural
Me (in spanish) is me (in English)

c means You are lacking my purse, when you are trying to say I am lacking my purse
