Ok first we try to find D on the coordinatsystem. Then we note down the coordinates of that point. First we go down from the point until we hit the x-axis. Then we note it down. We go back to the point and move until we hit the y-axis, and note the point. We now have (x,y) coordinates for D. We do the same for B. This is the first part of the problem.
let me read that
yeah, i know what d is, not so sure about b
5,-4?
remember to always note the x value first then the y value. It seems to me that the x-axis increases with 1 with every half step if you know what I mean :)?
Yes, and so, is it 5.-4?
Oh haha sorry you are absolutely correct :D
yeah!!!!! thanks!
what about part 2?
i think it is point T
Point T is correct for the question at the bottom, with x > 4, y > -4. T would have co-ordinates (8, -3) which is the only point that satisfies both of those conditions.
