Once again, I'm really sorry, even though I know saying sorry couldn't make things better.
While you got online, you told us to tell you if you're drunk. If you can refer to the chat, which I can't now, I've told you many times that you're drunk. But the response I got was that ''Don't tell me when I'm drunk''. and followed by something similar to ''you know when you're drunk''. Even after those words, I still told you that you're drunk. But that didn't make things better. Yes, I should have banned you. I shouldn't have let a drunk person stay up here for the whole night. I'm really sorry for this and I'll learn my lesson.
