A yardstick measures 1/4 by 3 by 36 inches. How many yard sticks will fit in a box 3 inches wide and 36 inches high, if the girth of the box is 30 inches?

The box is big enough for a stack of yardsticks in the 3 inch dimension and in the 36 inch dimension. So the question can be reduced to how many yardsticks that are 1/4-inch in the last dimension can fit in a box that is 30-inches long in that third dimension. (30 inches divided by 1/4-inch per yardstick in the box)
