yes you are doing it correctly. but if you factor out the pi, you have \[ \pi (2 r^2 +2 rh)\] they want the answer "in terms of pi" that means don't do the final multiplication by pi, just write number*pi You leave it to the reader to finish the job (if they want a number without pi)
