Not sure what you mean. MIT has a course called 6.00 (Introduction to Computer Science and Programming) which is available online for free in a section of MIT's website called OCW (Open CourseWare). You can find a lot of free courses there. "Core Elements of a Program" is one of the classes in the 6.00 course.
