What type of research would a lawyer have to do?
I'm a first year law student at Liverpool uni.. so from what I know so far.. depending on if u mean lawyer as in the defensive side during court... you would have tks research your client.. their defense, aswell as the person holding the charges and work out how to combat evidence or things used to put you client down.. if you mean as a law student.. usually what you do first in a law degree is rule of law. it's extremely boring.. but the foundations are laid. also look into the magnacarta. European high court and the house of lords. I hope I've been a help.. if not I apologise
The research that a lawyer would have to do is of many. These would include case law, rule of law, the issues, evidence, and history. Depending on what type of research the lawyer has to do really depends on what project is taking on.
