i will tell u this much: a function can have the same y values, but not the same x values. u figure out the rest?

Just remember that a function means that for a given X value, there is exactly one Y value. So, examining the sets, I see that only the second set has a unique Y value for each X value. Every other set has some items where there's an X value that is shown with two different Y values. Hope that was helpful!
