Looks good to me, although I am unsure of why your leading value (and even the books is negative) Do you use a negative value for the acceleration dues to gravity?

Verify that with your teacher, I thought that the acceleration due to gravity is considered negitive since it is accelerating in the downward direction. (and we names up as positive, from the ball thrown.) But al the work looks correct.
