@Hero can you help me with another one? <33

OpenStudy (anonymous):

distance formulaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa 5=sqrt((x-0)^2+(-4-0)^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k, iget \[\sqrt{x^2 +16}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so how did my teacher get \[x= \pm 3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k solve for x then

OpenStudy (anonymous):

square each side, subtract 16, take plusminus squareroot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

set that to 0?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

set it to 5, because thats the given distance :)
