Is the system consistent or inconsistent? 2x + 3y = 5 and 4x + 6y = 19 consistent inconsistent

solve both for y, then graph the two functions together. if they ever touch at all or many times they are consistent. if they touch only once they are consistent and independent. if they turn out to be the same line they are consistent and dependent.
