What do you do if you have someone talking about suicide and they keep just talking about it even when you try to encourage them?? I'm really concerned, and need help FAST!!!

OpenStudy (blues):

Tell them to call a suicide prevention hotline. Or call one yourself, explain that you are trying to help someone and have them give you assistance.

I can't even get ahold of this guy they said I knew him and never told me who he was..

OpenStudy (blues):

I am not able to help as I don't know what is going on. Nor is a public forum like OpenStudy an appropriate place to discuss such particulars. I recommend again that in such emergencies, you call a suicide prevention hotline, explain the full circumstances to the professionals and allow them to guide you.

okay! Thanks

OpenStudy (trancenova):

For future reference you can find suicide prevention hotlines here specific to your country: http://www.befrienders.org/ Keep in mind you can call them for advice not just when you yourself is in a suicide situation but also if you are dealing with someone with suicide problems. But yes, as blues says this isn't really the forum to discuss it.

okay! Thanks..
