higher ^.^ Not too much more, actually. The Sun upon arising would make new ozone, before it was overhead. So UV-B might go up by 33% averaged over the day, but would be about normal the next day. *IF* the magic that made the ozone go away were also gone away. Oh, and by the way, it is never night on both sides of the Earth at the same instant
