solve log 2x + log 12 =3 can someone explain how to put this in a calculator

well first what you would do is put in log2 which equals: 0.3 so you have 0.3x then you do the same for log 12 and you get: 1.1 so now you're equation is 0.3x+1.1=3. then solve for x! Hope that helps! :)
