I think its LL and SAS but it can it also be HL? I'm a little confused.

You have two sides and the included angle congruent to corresponding parts. In order, you have a (S)ide an (A)ngle and a (S)ide. Does sthat indicate something to you? Also, becasue the triangles are right triangles, since you they have right angles, you have two legs congruent to two legs. In order you have a (L)eg and a (L)eg congruent to two other legs.

I see that you got it already. You can't use HL bec you're not given that the two hypotenuses are congruent.
