This is a website for study questions, not tech support. But what do you mean by "unlocked,"? If it's telling you to connect to iTunes, then download iTunes.

if you dont have itunes then download itunes by typing itunes in google.
if unlock you mean by able to use the phone with other carriers then you would need to special software. You would need to learn how to jail break. Otherwise, just take it to your phone carrier.
