I don't think there is one. A vet is a person that looks after the health of animals and a vet (as in the place) is a building so it wouldn't have an antonym either way.

A vet, could also be a veteranarian, which can ALSO be a mature person, as well as an animal doctor. Knowing that "rookie" would fit the deffinition as well. :D
