the tick mark on KL and OM suggests that KL = OM

angle L = angle M because of the angle markings are the same

so we have

KL = OM
angle L = angle M 
JL = NM

Oh wait, nvm I understand. So I would say that the angles equal each other?  and thats how they are congruent?
